This is service intended to help students to get admissions abroad in cases where they are looking overseas qualification due to different reasons which includes, advanced education in other countries, their inability to get admission in Pakistan and AJK schools, colleges and universities or due to best reasons known to the student/person requesting through Bright Way Educational Consultant.  Any decision to use Bright Way Educational Consultant services for the purpose of further education in an overseas country is solely responsibility of the student.  Bright Way Educational Consultant makes no responsibility concerning the quality of services, which will be provided by an Education provider in a foreign country, which includes course description, education, residential facilities, meals facilities etc.  Bright Way Educational Consultant hereby informed the students who are using Bright Way Educational Consultant services that they should enquire and confirm about the above-mentioned services from their own source and once the service is used, no responsibility can be shouldered by Bright Way Educational Consultant. Bright Way Educational Consultant accepts no liability for any costs incurred or damages suffered by the student as a result of the use of Bright Way Educational Consultant.

Information on overseas educational institutions is obtained from those education providers and their status is verifiable only either from the concerned Embassy of that country or from the information they provide in shape of their brochures/web sites etc.  In all cases if an Embassy or a Consulate endorsed a visa on the offer / acceptance letter/ CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) of the educational institution which is usually a basic requirement is considered that the education providers is real.  No responsibility after this can be accepted by information regarding continuing of a course, discounting of a course, change of the course description, not providing the course, due to the less Number of students or due to any reason which is out of the control of the overseas education provider.  We recommended verifying information important to your situation with the provider’s institution prior to commencement and according to your entire satisfaction. 

Bright Way Educational Consultant attempts to ensure the accuracy of the information and updates information upon learning of any changes.

Bright Way Educational Consultant is responsible to provide you with the admission in an educational institution in case of the students agree that they wish to use the services of Bright Way Educational Consultant.  Bright Way Educational Consultant does not accept responsibility in delay of the admission letter, refusals of your visas by any reasons, your fees which is paid to the overseas educational institution, getting refunds of those fees are the totally liability of the student.  Bright Way Educational Consultant can however assist the students completely for the refund of tuition fees in those cases only where the fees has been remitted through Bright Way Educational Consultant and the refund will be according to the institution refund policy and will be subject to deductions if any and this will happen only in case where the embassy concerned has refused the visa of a student and not in any other case.

Bright Way Educational Consultant is protected by Pakistan/AJK laws and hence no claims in any case can be made against Bright Way Educational Consultant. 

I hereby agree and understand that I have taken the admission in the University for which Bright Way Educational Consultant has arranged my admission.  I have sole intention to study in the said institution for which, I have applied or will apply a student visa and I have paid the tuition fees which are non refundable and that I will not be seeking refunds or transfer from the college/University for whom I have provided information to the visa section of the concerned embassy for at least one year from the beginning of the course.  I agree that I have not been misguided about the college/University by Bright Way Educational Consultant and I have gone through all the information myself.  I will not defer my studies and join the college on the commencement of my course.

I hereby agreed that I have thoroughly studied the above note and I am signing and agreeing that I have no claims whatsoever against Bright Way Educational Consultant by using their services in any case.
